To create our most popular item, the rigatoni Bolognese, use 2 oz of the bolognese mix, 1 oz of our marinara, Parmesan cheese to taste, and a touch of cream to loosen the sauce enough to coat the noodles. Dump the rigatoni into the sauce with a little bit of the pasta water to ensure the sauce binds to the rigatoni.
